We had an incredible stay at a cozy lodge surrounded by the lush rainforest. The restaurant offered delicious vegetarian options and the staff were friendly and attentive. The views in the morning were breathtaking and the shower was powerful and hot. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this unique and eco-friendly lodge for a memorable stay in Machu Picchu. we had a fantastic experience at this lodge.

The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded by lush greenery and giving us a jungle-like experience. the lodges were simple but clean and the beds were comfy. We also loved the hot showers, perfect after a long day of exploring. the breakfast provided was good and satisfying, giving us the energy we needed for our adventures.
The construction work going on, which made the place feel a bit like a construction site. Another improvement that could be made is a better reception area where guests can hang out.

The rooms were spacious and the cabin-style design was charming. the location on a hill provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Alejandra, made our stay more enjoyable.
The noise from the nearby residential area was a major downside, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. the early breakfast hours and checkout time were inconvenient for those wanting to relax or explore without feeling rushed.

We stayed at this cute and quirky hotel for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had strong hot showers. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even allowing us to take a shower after our visit to Machu Picchu, despite having checked out. The attached restaurant, where we had breakfast, was fantastic. The location was amazing, with beautiful mountain views and a true sense of being in Macchu Picchu. The commitment to an eco-environment was evident in everything they did, and the restaurant on-site was excellent. one of the loveliest hotels we stayed at during our trip.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a unique hotel in Machu Picchu for 3 nights. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room had an awesome view of the mountains and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel served the best dinner in town and the staff even packed us a lunch for our trip to the Ruins. The bathroom was clean and the tiny deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I can't say enough about the fantastic service provided by the staff.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location near the main plaza and train station, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The treehouse style rooms were unique and added an extra charm to the stay. The included breakfast was a hearty and satisfying meal, perfect before a day of exploring Machu Picchu.
The rooms had a musty smell and the bathrooms were small. Additionally, the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming lodge nestled in a serene natural setting. the staff at the lodge were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, just a short walk from both the train station and the bustling main square. the views in the morning were absolutely breathtaking. Despite some initial concerns about noise, I slept soundly and had a restful night. the bathroom may have been a bit outdated, but the powerful and hot shower more than made up for it. I highly recommend this lodge and would gladly stay there again. Cons: Liked everything 😊.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you don't mind climbing a few steps. The beautiful garden adds to the overall charm of the place. The room, although needing some maintenance, had a comfortable bed and provided a cozy atmosphere. The friendly receptionist and the potential of the restaurant are definite advantages.
The breakfast service could be improved, as it seems that the current system causes delays and offers limited options.

Our stay at the adorable hotel in Machu Picchu was definitely worth the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a strong hot shower. The staff went above and beyond, even allowing us to shower after checking out. The restaurant next door, where we had breakfast, was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the train station, and the cozy wooden ambiance made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and professional, even meeting us at the train station in the rain and lending us an umbrella. We loved our balcony room with a view of the mountains while sipping on our morning coffee. It truly was an amazing place and we can't wait to revisit!
The morning meal could be improved by having a simple buffet-style setup or coffee ready in a thermos, especially for guests heading out early to Machu Picchu. It took a while for us to be served and get a cup of coffee as the staff had to set up our table and make it fresh.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, contacting me well in advance of my stay and even meeting me at the train station. They were well-prepared for visitors to Machu Picchu, with a delicious breakfast available from 4am and the option to leave bags for free. Another advantage was the option to have packed lunches, although I found better value options at nearby shops.
The lodgings weren't as peaceful as I had hoped. The thin windows and lack of sound insulation made it easy to be disturbed by noise from neighbors and locals passing by.
